Funkcedonia is the first release from a young Italian band including my new friend, guitarist Matteo Coluccia. It’s a nice initial offering, in the bands works “a fruit salad of genres: funk, jazz, blues and rock.” Definitely can hear the Snarky Puppy influences here as they admitedly are all fans and they “believe in a music with no boundaries.” Enjoy and look forward to the full release on December 16, 2017.
